We want to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and securely. We endeavour to pick and pack every order on the same day and have it ready for the next collection cut off time. Weekend orders will be picked on either Saturday or Monday depending on when the order is placed.
International
If you are an international customer please contact customer services at: hello@little-fawn.co.uk or via our Facebook page indicating what items you would like to order and what country you reside in. We can then calculate the delivery price for you before you make the decision to buy from us.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Ordering is a way to reserve a product currently not in stock that will shipped to you once the stock arrives so long as full payment has been cleared.
Dates shown are the estimated shipping dates, not in stock dates and these dates are subject to change without notice due to the handmade nature of the items. Please bear this in mind when ordering, and do not necessarily count on the item arriving in time for a birthday/occasion.
Please remember to order in stock products and pre-order products separately because if they are ordered together, you are agreeing to wait for the pre-ordered products to arrive and have everything shipped together. If you order in stock and pre-order products together and are expecting the in stock items to be shipped right away, then you will have to pay additional shipping fees so please order them separately.
We have chosen to do pre-orders on the website to allow buy now/pay later with Paypal Pay in 3/Laybuy. It also allows us to get an accurate idea of how many items we should order in so you don't miss out!
Can you cancel a pre-order? Yes of course, you have a legal right to cancel any order but you must contact us within 14 working days from the date the order was placed by email (hello@little-fawn.co.uk), then state your name and order number plus the item you wish to cancel otherwise you will charged the 10% non-refundable fee to cover administration costs and cancellation fees with the manufacturer.
